We manage an extensive project portfolio in the areas of mobility, digitization and sustainability and use our specially developed collaboration tool for cross-organizational cooperation. We share knowledge between relevant stakeholders in the city and lead expert workshops on key topics. In addition, we coordinate strategic memorandums of understanding between the city of Hamburg, public companies, the federal government, business partners and science.

Communications and events
We drive the mobility transition in our city through targeted communication strategies and develop campaigns and advertising materials for this purpose. We also organize expert events and support the city of Hamburg in applications to international mobility congresses.
